1. What we collect
Your email and password (stored securely), the data you enter (cars, lap times, tracks, setups, notes, photos), your profile info, and basic usage/technical data needed to run the app.
2. How we use it
To provide the Service, keep your account working, process subscriptions, and improve the product. We do not sell your personal data.
3. Public data
Cars and profiles you mark as public — and anything reached through a QR sticker link you share — can be viewed by anyone with the link. Private cars are never shown to others. You control this per car.
4. Service providers
We use trusted providers to operate: hosting and database (Supabase), deployment (Vercel), and payments (Stripe). They process data only to provide their service. We don't share your data with anyone else except as needed to run SlotGrid or if required by law.
5. Payments
Card details are handled directly by Stripe — we never see or store your full card number.
6. Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in. We don't use them for advertising.
7. Your rights
You can access, correct or delete your data. To delete your account and data, contact us and we'll take care of it.
8. Data retention
We keep your data while your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove your personal data except what we must keep for legal or accounting reasons.
